- I am an independent professional who has over 20 years experience working with subject matter experts in government, business, academia, and philanthropy on knowledge-intensive communications projects.
I consider myself a creative generalist who maintains broad knowledge of scholarship, issues, developments, and innovations in education, business, the arts, technology, and the social sciences. I write a newsletter about arts education and have worked on visual arts and music curriculum projects.

- I would like to assist teachers who are:
Exploring integration of the arts with other subject areas
Exploring ways to support the development of students' 21st century skills, particularly imagination and critical thinking
Seeking to improve documentation of their projects
Implementing writing across the curriculum
Interested in a different perspective in their book studies and other professional learning activities
I would like to help students who are interested in generating better writing ideas and improving the clarity and power of their writing.

Nine years as a public affairs writer at NASA
